What is a typical practice like?
- I begin with 5ish minutes of introducing our topic, inspirations and contemplations, then we dive into the ACTUAL experience of it in 10-15 minutes of meditation and movement practices.
- The 20 minute movements included Anything from Yoga to Kundalini to Qi Gong to Breathwork each related to our current monthly topic
- New themes each month become like mini-courses to explore ancient and new-age philosophy, psychology and science through the portal of you
