What exactly happens in these ceremonies?

-We start with an inspirational informational astrological forecast to help you understand the cosmic weather, why it feels the way it feels and where/how it is guiding us in our lives.

-Then we drop in with a grounding and connective meditation followed by our journaling journey into shadow work, emotional alchemy, self-realization, healing, clearing and so much more.

-Generally we have 4-5 meditation inquiries and journal prompts channeling the energy of the moon and stars.

-We wrap the rituals with some ideas for you to add any practical magic techniques as well as a final savasana-style visualizion to integrate what came up in our journey.

-We make space in the beginning and end for OPTIONAL connections and sharing our experiences and realizations, what we are planting/releasing/working through or anything else that you feels appropriate to share. Group connections, listening and being seen, are just as important as the connections within ourselves and then stars so we weave it all together with this amplification of community.

With each ceremony we are healing all layers of us; spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and astral. Each month we are working with different themes in alignment with the astrological attunements. We travel with the mirror of the moon on our evolutionary journeys of life/death/life, becoming, unbecoming, and coweaving our rhythms within and all around us.

For Example, in one year of moon ceremonies you will discover and heal themes like:

Aries energy asks us to balance and integrate our warrior, our ego, our I AM ness.

Taurus energy prods us to polish our magnetism, our materialism, values, currency, worth.

Gemini energy wants us to work with the mind, the voice, the nerves, and close community.

Cancer energy hopes we will nurture, develop intuition, connect to our tears, & compassion.

Leo energy begs us to be big, bright, shine, create, play, and learn to dance with the LILA.

Virgo energy prompts us to look at refining all of that plus embodying the art of discernment.

Libra energy brings up topic of justice/injustice, peacekeeping, people pleasing, balancing relationships and more.

Scorpio energy beckons a deepening into emotional vulnerability, darker truth, intimacy, and more.

Sagittarius energy also invokes us to truth but a bigger picture, calling in metaphysics, adventure, and more.

Capricorn energy prods us to do the disciplined, ambitious, practical magic of embodying the philosophy of Sag into usefulness.

Aquarius energy urges us to be our authentic selves and bring that rebellious inventive out-of-the-box other worldly diversity to help our world and humanity.

Pisces energy whispers us into spiritual development with deeper surrender, blind faith, trust, forgiveness, releasing, dissolving, and begin to visualize and then dream it all again.
