WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO IN A MOON

• We start with an inspirational informational astrological forecast to help you understand the cosmic weather, why it feels the way it feels and where/how it is guiding us in our lives.
• Then we drop in with a grounding and connective meditation followed by our journaling journey into shadow work, emotional alchemy, self-realization, healing, clearing and so much more.
• Generally we have 4-5 meditation inquiries and journal prompts channeling the energy of the moon and stars.
• We wrap the rituals with some ideas for you to add any practical magic techniques as well as a final savasana-style visualizion to integrate what came up in our journey.
• We make space in the beginning and end for OPTIONAL connections and sharing our experiences and realizations, what we are planting/releasing/working through or anything else that you feels appropriate to share. Group connections, listening and being seen, are just as important as the connections within ourselves and then stars so we weave it all together with this amplification of community.
• The entire ceremony is generally 90-120 minutes of deep healing and connection within your universe, THE universe, and the universes of others in the group

With each ceremony we are healing all layers of us; spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and astral. Each month we are working with different themes in alignment with the astrological attunements. We travel with the mirror of the moon on our evolutionary journeys of life/death/life, becoming, unbecoming, and coweaving our rhythms within and all around us.
